PRIVACY

The protection of your privacy and your data is very important to us. In all data processing operations (e.g. collection, processing and transmission), we proceed in accordance with the statutory provisions.

We can adapt our data protection declaration at any time by publishing it on this website.

Access to our website is via transport encryption (SSL / TLS).

The use of our website is possible without any indication of personal data. However, if you wish to use services via our website, the processing of personal data could become necessary. Your data is also collected when you provide it to us. We process personal data for the period of time necessary for the purpose or purposes in question. Some of this data will be disclosed to third parties in accordance with this privacy policy.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. A data subject is a person about whom personal data is processed. Processing includes any handling of personal data, regardless of the means and procedures used, in particular the storage, disclosure, acquisition, deletion, storage, modification, destruction and use of personal data.

We process personal data in accordance with Swiss data protection law. Furthermore, we process personal data in accordance with the following legal bases - insofar as and to the extent that the GDPR is applicable:

  • 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO for the processing of personal data with the consent of the data subject.
  • 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO for the necessary processing of personal data for the fulfilment of a contract with the data subject as well as for the implementation of corresponding pre-contractual measures.
  • 6 (1) (c) GDPR for the processing of personal data necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which we are subject under any applicable law of the EU or under any applicable law of a country in which the GDPR applies in whole or in part.
  • 6 (1) (d) GDPR for the necessary processing of personal data to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person.
  • 6 (1) (f) GDPR for the necessary processing of personal data to protect the legitimate interests of us or of third parties, unless the fundamental freedoms and rights and interests of the data subject override these. Legitimate interests are in particular our business interest in being able to provide our websites, information security, the enforcement of our own legal claims and compliance with Swiss law.

We process personal data for the period of time required for the respective purpose or purposes. In the case of longer-term storage obligations due to legal and other obligations to which we are subject, we restrict processing accordingly.
